RAW files and raw video footage are not provided by default, but can be as an extra (your own storage device, or purchase of dedicated storage space).

Advertising uses, sponsored campaigns, commercial posters, record sleeves, merchandise or transfers to third parties may be subject to specific terms depending on the project.

The 4K film

The film conveys the world, atmosphere and highlights of your performance in a dynamic, polished edit. Depending on the package, it can mix stage footage, audience, details, preparation, backstage and portraits.

Essentiel

+200 € — about 45 seconds to 1 minute

Classique

+300 € — about 1 min 30 to 2 min 30

Signature

+450 € — about 3 to 5 minutes

The lengths given are approximate and can be adapted to the pace and content of the event.

Full photo, video & sound recording

Would you like to keep or broadcast an entire concert, show or performance? Planimage can set up full coverage with several cameras and dedicated sound recording, to capture the picture as well as the atmosphere and the sound of the performance.

Depending on the project, audio recording can combine:

• sound from the mixing desk;
• independent microphones and recorders;
• ambient and audience sound;
• several audio sources to secure the recording.

The service can include:

• multi-camera video recording;
• full recording of the performance;
• independent audio recording;
• synchronisation of the different cameras and sound sources;
• multi-camera editing;
• sound mixing and processing;
• opening credits, titles or graphic elements;
• delivery of the full show in high definition or 4K;
• an optional short version for social media or promotion.

On quotation — as every show has its own technical constraints, full recording is covered by a personalised proposal based on duration, venue, number of cameras, audio needs and the level of post-production required.

Travel

The rates shown are for a service in Seine-Maritime, travel included.

Is your concert or show further away? No problem, I'm happy to travel! We simply need to plan for the journey and, when the distance calls for it, somewhere to stay nearby. Two options, whichever suits you best:

• travel, accommodation and meals are added to the service;
• or accommodation is taken care of directly on your side (on site, at your home or in a place you book), and only travel and meals are added.

We'll simply talk it through together, and everything is clearly set out before booking.

A service tailored to your project

Every show is different. Several performances, a festival, a tour, promotional content, dedicated portraits, longer recording or special needs can be covered by a personalised proposal.

How to book?

1. First conversation — you tell me the date, the venue and the package you'd like, photo only or photo + film.
2. Project approval — Planimage confirms availability and the terms of the service.
3. Contract and deposit — the booking becomes final once the proposal is approved, the contract is signed and the requested deposit is paid.
4. The big day — the service is carried out in the best conditions, then the images are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
